Tiny meatloaf

Approx cooking time: 22 min

INGREDIENTS

125g ground beef
1 small egg
1/8 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon milk or water
1/2 pack instant onion soup


Method

1. Combine all ingredients. In shallow baking dish, shape beef mixture into loaf, cover with paper, set time for 19 minutes on high.

2. Drain liquid occasionally during cooking. If necessary, shield ends of loaf with aluminium foil halfway through cooking.

3. Let stand, covered, 7 minutes before serving.

 

Hint: For even quicker cooking, shape meat into ring shape 23cm pie plate.
Set time for 12 minutes on high.
