INGREDIENTS
1 tsp Crushed garlic
1 tsp Crushed ginger
½ cup Diced onion
½ Capsicum sliced
60 grams White button mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli florets
20 grams Mung beans
100 grams Celery
Spring onion to garnish
50ml Honey soy sauce, Knorr Sakims
60 grams Carrot batons, Talleys
20 ml Sesame seed oil, Lkk
80 grams Firm Tofu
Ingredients - Tofu marinade
30 ml Soya sauce, Kikkoman
50 grams Pure ginger, Knorr
Method
Marinade the tofu in soya sauce and ginger.
1. In a hot pan, stir fry onion, ginger and garlic in a little sesame seed oil for a few minutes or until the onions soften.
2. Add all remaining vegetables to the pan and fry for a few minutes till the vegetables soften slightly.
3. Add honey soy sauce and toss well together.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and thicken if necessary.
5. In other pan, fry the cubed tofu in a little sesame oil till its warmed through or starts to crisp on the outside.
6. Add the tofu to the vegetable stir fry and mix through.
6. Garnish with chopped spring onion and enjoy.
