This is an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in Te Papa’s significant record of historic and contemporary wonders.
Visit the collection for free at https://collections.tepapa.govt.nz/. Begin by typing any word in the ‘Search the collection…’ box. For example, let’s start by typing ‘Ocean’. Then click the magnifying glass icon to search. On the left-hand side, filters will appear to support our search. Let’s tick specimen. Click on an item of interest to view a photo and more information. Click the image to enlarge it, then choose + or – to zoom in and out. The back arrow at the top of your browser will take you back to your search results.
Te Papa isn’t the only attraction to offer online access.
