About Essendon Terrace

In late 2021, Ryman became the new village operator of Essendon Terrace, taking over from Lionsville.

Like Lionsville, Ryman has been taking care of people for a long time – it’s what we do best. These caring values enable us to offer existing Essendon Terrace residents the same stress-free lifestyle they’ve become accustomed to, while also opening up a world of Ryman village benefits that they can enjoy.

Adjacent to Essendon Terrace is the site where Ryman’s new Essendon Retirement Village will be built. Once constructed, Essendon Terrace residents will enjoy full access to beautiful new village amenities such as a café, swimming pool and spa, bowling green, bar, gym, and cinema. Plus, a variety of organised village activities.

In the meantime, Essendon Terrace residents will have access to Ryman’s Raelene Boyle Retirement Village in Aberfeldie (due to be completed mid-2022).
