Introducing Ryman Additional Services - a carefully designed program aimed at elevating the exceptional aged care we provide to our residents with a range of additional services and dedicated team. The additional services are designed with a goal to enhance the overall well-being and experience of our care residents.
The program includes an integrated range of services categorised under the program’s core areas: concierge, dining, connect, home comforts, lifestyle and wellness. Ryman Additional Services is brand-new and is currently only being trialed at our Deborah Cheetham Village.
Through our additional services, we aim to deliver a holistic approach to care and support whilst fostering environments that enable residents to thrive and live well.
At Ryman, we have a dedicated Resident Experience Coordinator to help with setting you up to receive your additional services. They will also be your main contact for assistance with any services or activities, ensuring it meets your needs and interests.
